The National Talent Academy for Animation launched their Pre-Production Workshop Series earlier this month, featuring 6 workshops in 6 key areas including I.P. Development, Scriptwriting, Design, Storyboarding, Animatic Editing & Scene Prep.
The workshops provide intensive training from industry experts both local and international. They are open to graduates, junior professionals and those wishing to upskill or move into another area. The programme welcomes applicants from underrepresented groups, diverse backgrounds and regional areas.
There is no cost to participate in these workshops.

2D Animation Transition Course in Toon Boom Harmony
The National Talent Academy for Animation in partnership with Creative Media Academy Ireland opened the 2D Animation Transition Course in Toon Boom Harmony for applications on August 12th. 8 successful candidates have been chosen and are set to begin this 4 week course on August 22nd.
This course is supported by Animation Skillnet and has been designed as a bridging programme, both for animation graduates looking for their first opportunity with a professional studio, and for those seeking career advancement.
