The National Talent Academy for Animation hosts first Animation Fair at TUS Athlone

On May 25th, over 100 students and graduates from TUS Athlone, Clonmel and Limerick gathered for a day of workshops, panel events, screenings, portfolio clinics and one-to-one meetings with some of Ireland’s leading studios. It was a fantastic opportunity for the next generation of animators to hear from, and network with, industry leaders.

The highlight of the day was a special screening of Oscar-nominated “Affairs of the Art” with a presentation from director Joanna Quinn.

The NTAA would like to extend a huge thanks to participating studios including Brown Bag Films, Cartoon Saloon, Daily Madness, Elk Studios, JAM Media, Kavaleer, Lighthouse Studios, Magpie 6 Media, Pink Kong Studios, Studio Meala and to TUS Athlone for hosting the event.
