Six-Time Emmy Nominated David McCamley Joins Little Moon Animation as Creative Director

Irish based CG Animation Studio Little Moon Animation has appointed six-time Emmy nominated David McCamley as its Creative Director. With over three decades of experience in the animation industry, McCamley brings his wealth of expertise to Little Moon Animation’s slate of innovative projects, as the studio continues to push the boundaries of storytelling and technology.


McCamley’s arrival at Little Moon Animation marks a new chapter in his illustrious career, which started 30 years ago working on projects such as The Lion King and Tarzan for Walt Disney Feature Animation. His most recent tenure as Director of Visual Development at Brown Bag Films had McCamley overseeing the visual development of many of the studios’ Emmy and BAFTA award winning series including Ada Twist (Netflix/Higher Ground/9 Story Media Group/Brown Bag Films), Let’s Get Rolling with Otis (Apple TV+/9 Story Media Group/Brown Bag Films), Peter Rabbit (Nickelodeon jr/Brown Bag Films) and most recently Eva the Owlet (Apple TV+/Scholastic/9 Story Media Group/Brown Bag Films). His
experience and creative vision will be invaluable as Little Moon Animation continues to
expand its development slate and solidify its position as a key player within the animation
industry.


Speaking from their new office headquarters located within The Guinness Enterprise Centre
