Culture Night 2019 is coming up on Friday, September 20th!
And once again, you’ll find a fantastic line-up of events, as venues and public spaces across Ireland open their doors to host a program of free late-night entertainment, as part of an all-island celebration of arts, heritage and culture.
This year the Brown Bag Films Dublin studio will be taking part in the fun by hosting two family-friendly workshops in-house, led by their very own Emmy Award-winning Episodic Director Mårten Jönmark and super talented CG Supervisor Mythravarun Vepakomma!
Visual Storytelling with Mårten Jönmark
Mårten will run a visual storytelling workshop, where the participants will create and draw stories much like a short storyboard. They will learn the basics of storytelling structure and how to set up your story beats and will leave the workshop with a story of their own creation.
3D Creatures with Mythravarun Vepakomma
Mythravarun will run a workshop where the participants will use paper materials to craft 3D creatures and animals. The simple shapes will help them widen their imagination and sense of design.
