The nominees for the 2nd Annual Children’s & Family Emmy’s were announced this month, and we are thrilled to share that Brown Bag Films series have received 16 nominations for both our series and service shows at this year’s awards. Winners of the 2nd Annual Children’s & Family Emmy Awards will be announced at two separate events over the course of two days in December. The ‘Children’s & Family Emmy Awards Creative Arts’ ceremony will take place on Saturday, December 16th at 8pm PT and the ‘Children’s & Family Emmy Awards’ will be celebrated the following day on Sunday, December 17th at 5pm PT. Both events will take place at the Westin Bonaventure in Downtown Los Angeles.
Brown Bag Films’ Director Bronagh O’Hanlon accepted the prestigious Award of Honor for Karma’s World in the Primary Division at this year’s Japan Prize ceremony. The Japan Prize is an internationally renowned competition that recognizes outstanding educational content across various media platforms, including television, radio, and online. Since its inception in 1965, the Japan Prize has been a symbol of excellence in educational broadcasting, celebrating content that fosters learning, innovation, and cultural understanding among audiences of all ages.
