Pikkukala is a leading European animation and digital entertainment studio.
Founded in Helsinki in 2012 by Veronica Lassenius and Pablo Jordi , established in Barcelona since 2018 and in Ireland since 2026, Pikkukala focuses on the production of original TV and
feature animation for kids and families.
Pikkukala encourages the audience to have fun and be curious about the world, with stories based on positive values and careful design. Through the years Pikkukala has collaborated with broacasters and co-producers worldwide to create original series like “Royals Next Door”, “Taste Buddies”, “Saari”, “Fungi”, and to support
the coproduction of series like “Samuel”, “Stinky Dog” or “Froggie”.
With a presence across the continent, Pikkukala embraces its strong European identity and aims to create original animated content for a global audience.
