Irish distributor Monster Entertainment has sold new animated series Brewster the Rooster to a number of broadcasting partners, including ABC Kids (Australia), YLE (Finland) and Good TV (Taiwan).
It premiered on Ireland’s RTE on 1st July 2017 and has since gone global, having been picked up by channels in the USA, Asia, Australia and Europe.
Produced by Salty Dog Pictures, Brewster the Rooster follows the adventures of six-year-old Maggie and her best friend Brewster as they discover the answers to questions all kids ask. The toon premiered on Ireland’s RTE on July 1st.
The series has been acquired by ABC KIDS, YLE Finland, JY Animation has also picked up the Irish educational series and will translate it into Mandarin Chinese and finally, Taiwanese channel, Good TV, part of the Gabriel Broadcasting Corporations, has added Brewster the Rooster to their schedule.
