Monday 14th December on RTÉ2 and RTÉjr launched ‘Shorts Yule Love’. The series includes Pink Kong Studios musical number, ‘Urban Tails: The Big Christmas Song’. Which is an awesome animated musical set in the universe of “Urban Tails” the RTEjr pre-school series.
The main message of “The Big Christmas Song” is not the presents we receive or the oh-so tasty treats we eat, it’s about sharing, caring and spending time with the ones we love.
Niamh Herrity, CEO, said “This was a really fun production to work on. With the crazy year we have had so far in 2020 it was such a pleasure to be working on a fun, festive and upbeat track. It also amazing to bring ‘Urban Tails’ back to the viewers screen. We can wait to show the world what we have lined up next for the brand”.
Pink Kong Studios are working on expanding the Urban Tails universe with a half hour special and a long format series 52x7min. Diving into a character driven, narrative approach for the brand.
