Paper Panther were very excited by the success of their first outing to Cartoon Forum. Their trailer
for Little Whale premiered on Variety Magazine accompanied by an interview with director Carol
Freeman:
“Little Whale was one of the early-breakouts at this year’s Cartoon Forum. Following their Tuesday
pitch, series director Carol Freeman and producer Chris Hees greeted a steady stream of French
studios and U.K. buyers, among others, auguring a bright future for the maritime project.”

Paper Panther were also very excited that Coming Home, their paint-on-glass environmental
piece for the Metropole Ruhr in Germany, won a Bronze Lovie Award and the People’s Choice
Lovie Award for Best Animated Commercial. Coming Home also screened in Official Selection at
Cinanima International Animation Film Festival and Manchester Animation Festival in November
and will screen in competition at LA Animation Festival this month.
