Ink & Light seeks CG Animator for New Animated Comedy Series

Ink & Light has been producing series and short films for kids and family audiences since 2012. Based in Ireland and Finland, recent work includes Royals Next Door and Ollie currently airing on RTÉ2 and Harry and Bip airing on Sky.

We’re currently looking for experienced and motivated CG Animator to join our growing team for a new
animated comedy series.

This role is open only to residents of the Republic of Ireland.

• Start date: Immediate
• Job type: Full time contract (approx. November 2023 – June 2024)
• Location: On-site/ Hybrid (Dublin). Remote applicants based in in Ireland will be also considered.
• Tools: Blender
• Deadline for applications: Friday 10th November 2023

As a CG animator, you will be creating high-quality animation sequences in line with the production style, working closely with the Animation Director, CG Supervisor and Art Director.
Key skills and qualities we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

• Solid experience as a CG animator on animated series or feature(s)
• Knowledge and experience with Blender will be very helpful
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
• Excellent understanding of animation pipelines
• Familiarity with Shotgrid is considered a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong communications skills and an ability to take feedback, supporting a collaborative and creative work environment
