PBS KIDS and Fred Rogers Productions have announced a fifth season of the Emmy-Winning Series Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood is in the works — coming Summer 2020.
The new season will feature 20 animated episodes packed full of relatable themes, brand new friends and of course, exciting new experiences for Daniel in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.
“Research shows that Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood nurtures empathy and strengthens emotional recognition, important skills for preschoolers,” said Linda Simensky, Vice President, Children’s Programming, PBS. “This series is the ‘go-to’ resource for parents who are navigating life with their young ones, and we’re excited to provide even more effective strategies to help their kids learn and grow in Season 5.”
Brown Bag Films are thrilled to be working once again with their partners at Fred Rogers Productions, and PBS Kids, on a new season of this beloved series that focuses on the universal stories that truly hit home with both kids and parents.
